A carrying case made for an artillery sighting device, marked MRT on the inside. That marking is the only identification the seller gives; there is no maker, country, date or model of instrument stated, and no dimensions are listed. It is filed under bags, sacks and packs as stock number MM2626 and is sold in used condition.

This is a case for the Texas militaria collector who already has, or is hunting for, the sighting instrument it was built to hold, or who collects artillery accessories in their own right. The MRT marking is the research lead. Before buying it to house a specific optic or sight, ask for interior measurements so you can match the fit, because the listing does not provide them. Taken on its own it is a transit case with an artillery connection and nothing more claimed for it.
