Authentic antique Japanese menuki offered from a well-known collection, with condition given as used. The supplier's description stops there: no motif, metal, school or size is stated, so the pieces are sold on the photographs and on where they came from.

These are hilt ornaments for the Texas buyer who already knows menuki and wants an attribution project, or a restorer who needs a genuine old set for a sword that has lost its own. Treat the collection provenance as the main fact on offer and verify everything else yourself: ask for sharp images of the front, the back and any signature, request a length measurement, and check the fit against the hilt you intend to use them on before you order.
