A Benelli M4 L.E. in 12 gauge, serial Y009160, of modern production. The 18.5-inch barrel has a removable choke and is chambered for 2 3/4- and 3-inch shells. It is the Italian-made semi-automatic tactical pattern with adjustable iron sights, a Picatinny rail and a rubberized pistol grip, all in matte black. There are light use marks throughout and the overall condition is rated very good.

For a Texas household this is a home-defense shotgun in the short, rail-equipped configuration, and the pistol grip and adjustable sights are set up for that job rather than for wingshooting. The 3-inch chamber handles buckshot and slug loads, and because Texas allows any legal firearm but rimfire for deer, it can also go to a North Zone blind for close shots in the general season from November 7, 2026 to January 3, 2027. Light use marks are the only wear noted.
