Browning's Citori White Lightning in this Special Limited edition is a Japanese-made over-and-under 12 gauge with 28-inch vent-rib barrels threaded for Invector chokes and 3-inch chambers. The barrels are blued over a stainless receiver, the walnut stock is gloss finished, and the gun has an inertia trigger, hammer ejectors and a 14.5-inch length of pull. Stock number NGZ2413, UPC 023614067931. Our catalog lists it used; the supplier text calls it new and shows a stock photo.

A 28-inch Citori with screw-in chokes is the all-round upland and clays gun: open chokes for quail over dogs, tighter tubes for a dove field, and the 3-inch chambers give room for heavier loads. The gloss walnut and polished receiver make it the one you bring out when the company is worth it, and hammer ejectors speed reloads on a busy stand. It will handle a slug for North Zone deer if asked, since Texas allows any legal firearm but rimfire, but that is not what it is for.
