A full-size FN FNS-9, serial GKU0137941, from modern production: a striker-fired 9mm with a 5-inch barrel and night sights. The bore is bright with strong rifling. It is in very good condition overall and comes with its case and two extra magazines, so the kit is complete as it sits.

The 5-inch barrel and night sights make this a duty and home-defense pistol rather than a pocket gun, and a Texas owner who keeps a handgun by the bed will like the longer sight radius and the glowing dots in a dark hallway. The striker trigger is consistent shot to shot, and three magazines in the case mean the range bag is ready. It also carries well in a belt holster for anyone who does not mind a full-size frame. Texas purchase is simple: no permit, no registration, photo identification and Form 4473, and a current License to Carry can replace the federal check at most dealers.
