A modern-production Remington 1911R1 in .45 ACP, serial RHH006157, with a 5-inch barrel and a steel frame in matte black. It wears three-dot sights, and the grips are graded excellent. The pistol as a whole rates excellent and comes with its box. No extra magazines or accessories are listed beyond that.

The full-size 1911 is a home-defense and range pistol for most Texas buyers, with the weight of a steel frame holding .45 ACP recoil down and the 5-inch barrel giving a full sight radius for the three-dot sights. It is bought the standard Texas way: photo ID and Form 4473 at the dealer, a NICS check or a current License to Carry in its place, with no state permit, registration or waiting period. Anyone who learned on a 1911 will find the controls where they expect them.
