FN's HP-DAC is the compact version of the double-action HP-DA, and this one, serial 516MZ51090, was made around 2001. It is a 9mm with a 3.8-inch barrel, three-dot sights, a one-piece wrap-around grip with a lanyard loop and a 10-round magazine; two extra magazines come with it. The bore is excellent and the pistol is in very good condition overall. The supplier notes that the HP-DA was never common and that this compact variant is scarcer still.

This is a carry-size 9mm with a double-action trigger, and it will appeal to two Texas buyers at once: the collector who wants a rare FN variant and the shooter who likes a compact double-action for everyday carry. With three magazines on hand you can run a full range session without reloading from loose rounds. Texas needs no permit to buy; show photo identification, complete Form 4473, and the dealer runs the NICS check, or a current License to Carry can stand in for it at most dealers.
