This used Franchi Instinct SL is a 16-gauge over-under of modern Italian production. It wears 28-inch blued barrels with a vent rib, 2 3/4-inch chambers and screw-in chokes. The box-lock action has automatic ejectors, a selective single trigger and an automatic safety. The furniture is checkered walnut with a 14.5-inch length of pull to the factory pad. The pad has a small cut at the toe; otherwise the gun grades near excellent, and the original case is included.

A 28-inch 16 gauge with screw-in chokes is set up for birds and clay targets, with 2 3/4-inch chambers. For a Harris County buyer it is also a legal deer gun, because Texas allows any legal firearm other than rimfire for deer; the North Zone general season runs November 7, 2026 to January 3, 2027, with a bag of four deer, no more than two bucks and no more than two antlerless. Check the pad cut in person; the rest of the gun is graded near excellent.
